Materials+Care
Each piece is made by hand in my Mexico City studio, carefully finished and packaged. The jewelry varies slightly in material, texture, and semi-precious stones.
Please keep in consideration to be gentle with your jewelry, as these pieces are handmade, they tend to be more fragile.
Remove with care and avoid wearing in moisture (i.e. bath, shower, exercising and swimming). Lotions, oils and perfumes may cause tarnish over time and patina to change. Place your piece in a cool, dry area after wear and maintain shine with a jewelry polishing cloth.
Post-Sales Care
Complimentary care for pieces that have been purchased within the first 30 days. Please notify me via email; jessicajams [at] gmail.com. Please include in your message: Photograph of your piece and a brief description of fault. I will cover the cost of repairing your piece within the first 30 days. Please see your local jeweler for costs and repairs. I am unable to receive pieces returned in the mail.
Shipping and Handling
Please allow 3-6 weeks for your item(s) to arrive. I will provide a tracking number via USPS by email. I cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during shipping. I can ensure all items are thoroughly packed to avoid damage during transit. Insurance on package is recommended.
Materials
For my selections, I use .925 sterling silver metal, as well as a variety of semi-precious stones. Due to nature of materials, slight variances may occur in casting and natural materials used. Please accept these variances as one-of-a-kind to my production methods.
